- updated babd.cc from ../../src to allow it to scan all channel types
except isdn_d. Previously, it only scanned isdn_b...and we don't report
ourselves as ISDN! Anyways, babylond now correctly finds tty driver ports
- fixed a problem where bttyd would not re-read the config file when
issued a SIGHUP. It now does.
- added some code to attempt to force babylond to rescan the available ports.
- added -Wall to the Makefile and cleaned up the code so it almost compiles
cleanly.
- updated ttyctrl, battach, bttyd to use the getopts library functions
for their options. Long options now supported to make it more GNUish.
- updated battach to open the /tmp/bab_control socket to make sure
babylond is running and exit if a connect gives an error.
